Delsea Crusaders (Franklinville, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Gloucester County Tech (Sewell, NJ), 53-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Delsea upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Crusaders host Deptford (Deptford, NJ) to clash with the Spartans in a Tri-County - Liberty bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 5-6. Deptford lost 52-50 in their recent non-league bout against Gloucester City (Gloucester City, NJ)

Next up, the clash with the Florence Township Memorial Flashes (Florence, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Gloucester County Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Flashes go into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 61-32 league win over New Egypt (New Egypt, NJ).
