With the victory, Charles City improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Comets host Waverly-Shell Rock (Waverly, IA) to play the Go-Hawks in a Northeast Iowa challenge on Friday, January 21. The Go-Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 10-5. Waverly-Shell Rock lost 54-29 in their recent non-league challenge against West Delaware (Manchester, IA)
