Mississippi High School Volleyball - George County over Petal
August 26, 2021: Lucedale, MS 39452 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the George County Rebels (Lucedale, MS) and the visiting Petal Panthers (Petal, MS), saw George County's volleyball squad beat Petal by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, George County upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Rebels travel to Gautier (Gautier, MS) to play the Gators in a Class 5 Region 8 bout on Thursday, September 9. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 3-2.
The Panthers now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Forrest County Agricultural for a non-league bout on Monday, August 30.
