The Jack Britt Buccaneers basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting South View Tigers to 35 in the Buccaneers league triumph on Friday.

The Buccaneers now sport a 17-5 record.

The Tigers (16-6) will now prepare for their contest against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 3-18 record. In their last contest, Gray's Creek was defeated by Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC), 75-45, in a league contest.
