Florida High School Basketball - Raines victorious over Pensacola
November 30, 2013: Jacksonville, FL 32209 The Raines Vikings basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Pensacola Tigers to 62 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Vikings now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mandarin for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 4. Raines will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 87-64 non-league win over Baldwin (Baldwin, FL). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-5.
The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Washington (Pensacola, FL). The Wildcats enter the 6A District 1 contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Washington was outscored by Pace (Pace, FL), 59-52, in a league contest.
