Alabama High School Football - Central knocks off Hatton

August 27, 2021: Town Creek, AL 35672

The Central Wildcats football squad scored 49 points and limited the host Hatton Hornets to 22 in the Wildcats non-league win on Friday.

The Wildcats now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Wilson for a 4A Region 8 battle on Friday, September 3. Central will play a Warriors squad coming off a 23-6 non-league loss to Lauderdale County (Rogersville, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.

Coming up next, the Hornets play the Winston County Yellowjackets (Double Springs, AL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 3. Hatton will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 28-22 non-league win over Meek (Arley, AL).
