September 30, 2021: Manhattan, KS 66502 The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Manhattan Indians (Manhattan, KS) and the visiting Emporia Spartans (Emporia, KS), saw Manhattan's soccer squad knock off Emporia by a margin of 2-0.
The Indians now sport a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Topeka for a Centennial test on Thursday, October 7.
With the loss, Emporia drops to 6-3 on the season. The Spartans travel to Trinity Academy (Wichita, KS) to meet the Knights in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 5.
