April 8, 2011: Woodland, CA 95776 The Pioneer Patriots softball team scored 18 points and limited the visiting Natomas Nighthawks to 0 in the Patriots league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Pioneer improves its record to 8-0 on the year. The Patriots travel to Woodland (Woodland, CA) to clash with the Wolves in a Tri-County game on Wednesday, April 13. The Wolves come into the game with a record of 2-11. Woodland lost 7-6 in their recent league game against Yuba City (Yuba City, CA)
In their next game, the Nighthawks clash with the Inderkum Tigers (Sacramento, CA) in a Tri-County game, on Wednesday, April 13. Natomas will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 5-10 record after their 9-3 league loss to River Valley (Yuba City, CA).
