Texas High School Basketball - Newman Smith tops Lebanon Trail
November 21, 2023: Carrollton, TX 75006 Newman Smith Trojans (Carrollton, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers (Frisco, TX), 63-49 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Newman Smith upgrades its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Trojans host Centennial (Frisco, TX) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 28. The Titans come into the bout with a record of 0-13.
Next up, the Trail Blazers play the Lake Dallas Falcons (Corinth, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Lebanon Trail will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 43-35 non-league loss to Plano (Plano, TX).
