Venus Bulldogs (Venus, TX) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Poly Parrots (Fort Worth, TX), 33-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Venus improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Jefferson (Dallas, TX) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Thursday, September 6. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 0-1. Jefferson lost 32-6 in their recent non-league test against Adamson (Dallas, TX)

With the loss, Poly drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Parrots travel to Pinkston (Dallas, TX) to battle the Vikings in a non-league test on Thursday, September 6. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 1-0. Pinkston won 34-20 in their recent non-league test against Carter-Riverside (Fort Worth, TX)
