Alabama High School Softball - Spain Park bounces Hewitt-Trussville
April 7, 2022: Trussville, AL 35173 The Spain Park Jaguars routed the host Hewitt-Trussville Huskies softball squad by a final score of 16-2 in Thursday's league battle.
The Jaguars (24-5) will now prepare for their battle against Mortimer Jordan (Kimberly, AL). The Blue Devils go into the non-league battle with a 13-6 record. In their last battle, Mortimer Jordan topped John Carroll Catholic (Birmingham, AL), 6-5, in a non-league battle.
The Huskies now possess a 26-3 record. They play next when they host Oak Mountain for a 7A Area 6 battle on Monday, April 11. Hewitt-Trussville will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 11-8.
