Bear Creek Bruins (Stockton, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Wood Wildcats (Vacaville, CA), 54-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bear Creek upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Bruins travel to Franklin (Stockton, CA) to play the Yellowjackets in a bout on Friday, January 7. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 2-6.
