Pennsylvania High School Football - Big Spring felled by Shippensburg

September 3, 2021: Newville, PA 17241

In Friday's non-league game, the Shippensburg Greyhounds (Shippensburg, PA) football team were victorious over the host Big Spring Bulldogs (Newville, PA), by a score of 34-14.

The Greyhounds (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Dover (Dover, PA). The Eagles come into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Dover was knocked off by Northern York (Dillsburg, PA), 31-0, in a non-league game.

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Halifax for a non-league game on Friday, September 10. Big Spring will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 50-39 league loss to James Buchanan (Mercersburg, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-2.
