In Friday's league outing, the host Jefferson Bulldogs softball team scored a nice 17-2 win over the Waskom Wildcats.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs battle the Troup Tigers (Troup, TX) in a 3A Region II District 16 outing, on Tuesday, March 15. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 12-5 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Whitehouse (Whitehouse, TX).
