Natchez Bulldogs (Natchez, MS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Raymond Rangers (Raymond, MS), 16-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ridgeland for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 7. Natchez will battle a Titans squad coming off a 15-11 non-league win over Yazoo City (Yazoo City, MS). The Titans record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, Raymond falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Rangers host Laurel (Laurel, MS) to battle the Golden Tornadoes in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 3.
