December 8, 2017: Moriarty, NM 87035 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) and the visiting Cobre Indians (Bayard, NM), saw Moriarty's basketball squad wallop Cobre by a tally of 48-26.
With the victory, Moriarty improves its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Pintos host St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Sartans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 9. The Sartans come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. St. Pius X won 40-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Miyamura (Gallup, NM)
Next up, the Indians confront the Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Cobre will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 40-35 non-league loss to St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM).
