West Virginia High School Basketball - Gilmer County overwhelms Trinity Christian
December 8, 2023: Glenville, WV 26351 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Gilmer County Titans (Glenville, WV) and the visiting Trinity Christian Warriors (Morgantown, WV), saw Gilmer County's basketball squad wallop Trinity Christian by a tally of 68-30.
With the victory, Gilmer County improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Titans host Braxton County (Sutton, WV) to confront the Eagles in a Little Kanawha - East challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.
Next up, the Warriors confront the Grafton Bearcats (Grafton, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Trinity Christian will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 74-42 league loss to Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV).
