January 14, 2023: Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 The Lake Brantley Patriots basketball team scored 76 points and held the visiting Evans Trojans to 52 in the Patriots league triumph on Saturday.
The Patriots now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boone for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. Lake Brantley will battle a Braves team coming off a 57-45 non-league win over Cypress Creek (Orlando, FL). The Braves record now stands at 4-1.
The Trojans (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Minneola (Minneola, FL). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Lake Minneola was routed by Central Florida Christian Academy (Ocoee, FL), 47-46, in a non-league contest.
