In Friday's league game, the visiting Lower Merion Aces baseball team scored a tight 10-6 victory over the Ridley Raiders.

The Aces (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Upper Darby (Drexel Hill, PA). The Royals go into the Central game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Upper Darby was overwhelmed by Coatesville (Coatesville, PA), 9-0, in a non-league game.
