The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the North Knox Warriors (Bicknell, IN) and the visiting Pike Central Chargers (Petersburg, IN), observed North Knox's football squad defeat Pike Central by a count of 35-14.

The Warriors now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Linton-Stockton for a non-league contest on Friday, September 30. North Knox will encounter a Miners squad coming off a 42-7 non-league win over North Daviess (Elnora, IN). The Miners record now stands at 6-0.

Coming up next, the Chargers encounter the Tell City Marksmen (Tell City, IN) in a Pocket - Small School contest, on Friday, September 30.
