The Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Parker Pheasants to 22 in the Huskies league triumph on Thursday.

The Huskies now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sioux Falls Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Elk Point-Jefferson will meet a Chargers team coming off a 77-53 non-league win over Lennox (Lennox, SD). The Chargers record now stands at 1-0.

The Pheasants (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Parkston (Parkston, SD). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Parkston triumphed over Chamberlain (Chamberlain, SD), 45-34, in a league contest.
