Pennsylvania High School Football - Central Catholic overwhelms Penn Hills

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Central Catholic Vikings (Pittsburgh, PA) and the visiting Penn Hills Indians (Pittsburgh, PA), observed Central Catholic's football squad bounce Penn Hills by a count of 45-12.

The Vikings now own a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Seneca Valley for a WPIAL AAAAAA Tri-County Five contest on Friday, October 20. Central Catholic will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 46-25 non-league win over North Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-5.

Coming up next, the Indians encounter the Shaler Area Titans (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL AAAAA Northeast contest, on Friday, October 20. Penn Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Titans go into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 38-14 league loss to Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA).
