Illinois High School Basketball - Arcola falls to Schlarman
December 9, 2022: Arcola, IL 61910 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Schlarman Hilltoppers basketball team scored a good 34-23 triumph over the Arcola Purple Riders.
In their next game, the Hilltoppers meet the Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin Blue Devils (Bismarck, IL) in a Vermilion Valley match, on Friday, December 16. Schlarman will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record.
With the defeat, Arcola moves to 1-3 on the year. The Purple riders travel to Carlinville (Carlinville, IL) to meet the Cavaliers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 10. The Cavaliers enter the match with a record of 0-4. Carlinville lost 84-29 in their recent league match against Vandalia (Vandalia, IL)
