Alabama High School Softball - Randolph County bounces Fayetteville
April 16, 2021: Sylacauga, AL 35150 Randolph County Tigers (Wedowee, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Fayetteville Wolves (Sylacauga, AL), 12-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Tigers now sport a 18-12 record. They take the field next when they host Ragland for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 17. Randolph County will face a Purple Devils squad coming off a 12-1 non-league loss to Sand Rock (Leesburg, AL). The Purple Devils record now stands at 6-12.
With the loss, Fayetteville falls to 5-6 on the campaign. The Wolves host Cherokee County (Centre, AL) to face the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 16. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 15-9. Cherokee County won 6-5 in their recent league challenge against White Plains (Anniston, AL)
