The Baker Buffaloes football squad scored 32 points and restricted the host Northeast Vikings to 8 in the Buffaloes league victory on Friday.

The Buffaloes now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Capitol for a 2A District 6 battle on Thursday, October 20. Baker will play a Lions squad coming off a 58-18 league loss to East Feliciana (Jackson, LA). The Lions record now stands at 1-6.

Coming up next, the Vikings play the Episcopal Knights (Baton Rouge, LA) in a 2A District 6 battle, on Friday, October 21. Northeast will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 6-1 record after their 42-0 league loss to Dunham (Baton Rouge, LA).
