Henry County Patriots (Paris, TN) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they saw their football team top the host Kenwood Knights (Clarksville, TN), 38-8 in a league game.

The Patriots (6-0) will now prepare for their game against Germantown (Germantown, TN). The Red Devils come into the non-league game with a 6-0 record. In their last game, Germantown knocked off Douglass (Memphis, TN), 49-0, in a non-league game.

The Knights now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Creek for a 5A Region 7 game on Friday, September 28. Kenwood will meet a Coyote team coming off a 64-6 league loss to Northeast (Clarksville, TN). The Coyote record now stands at 1-5.
