December 2, 2011: Lisbon, ND 58054 In Friday's non-league outing, the Lisbon Broncos (Lisbon, ND) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Litchville-Marion/Montpelier Rebels (Marion, ND), by a margin of 57-34.
The Broncos (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Oakes (Oakes, ND). The Tornadoes go into the B District 1 outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Oakes was trounced by Maple Valley (Tower City, ND), 70-37, in a non-league outing.
The Rebels now own a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kensal/Pingree-Buchanan for a B District 5 outing on Tuesday, December 13. Litchville-Marion/Montpelier will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 53-48 league loss to Central Prairie [Gackle-Streeter/Medina] (Gackle, ND). The Rebels record now stands at 0-2.
