October 14, 2011: Mt. Zion, GA 30150 In Friday's league challenge, the Lee Trojans (Chickamauga, GA) football team overwhelmed the host Mt. Zion Eagles (Mt. Zion, GA), by a score of 46-14.
The Trojans (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Bowdon (Bowdon, GA). The Red Devils come into the A Region 6 challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Bowdon was ripped by Darlington (Rome, GA), 40-25, in a league challenge.
The Eagles now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bremen for a A Region 6 challenge on Friday, October 21. Mt. Zion will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 31-14 league win over Mt. Paran Christian (Marietta, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-3.
