The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Milford Eagles (Milford, NE) and the host Tri County Trojans (DeWitt, NE), observed Milford's football squad bounce Tri County by a count of 41-7.

The Eagles now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Wilber-Clatonia for a C2 District 1 contest on Friday, October 14. Milford will play a Wolverines squad coming off a 41-27 league win over Centennial (Utica, NE). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-2.
