Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Menlo School Knights (Atherton, CA), 43-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Palo Alto upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Vikings travel to Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA) to clash with the Bears in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Menlo-Atherton won 55-31 in their recent non-league bout against Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA)
