Louisiana High School Softball - Chalmette bounces John Ehret
March 21, 2024: Chalmette, LA 70043 Chalmette Owls (Chalmette, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting John Ehret Patriots (Marrero, LA), 15-0 in a league challenge.
The Owls now own a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they host West Jefferson for a 5A District 8 challenge on Friday, March 22.
With the loss, John Ehret falls to 8-6 on the campaign. The Patriots host South Lafourche (Galliano, LA) to battle the Tarpons in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 25. The Tarpons enter the challenge with a record of 4-13. South Lafourche lost 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Terrebonne (Houma, LA)
