Michigan High School Soccer - University Liggett knocks off Bad Axe
May 13, 2019: Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236 University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Bad Axe Hatchets (Bad Axe, MI), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Knights confront the Grosse Pointe North Norsemen (Grosse Pointe, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 16. University Liggett will attempt to move on its 6-10 season record.
The Hatchets now possess a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harbor Beach for a Greater Thumb - East challenge on Wednesday, May 15. Bad Axe will confront a Pirates team coming off a 4-0 league win over Caro (Caro, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 14-3.
