April 25, 2023: Lewes, DE 19958 The Cape Henlopen Vikings baseball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Smyrna Eagles to 2 in the Vikings league victory on Tuesday.
The Vikings (9-1) will now prepare for their match against Lake Forest (Felton, DE). The Spartans go into the non-league match with a 5-5 record. In their last match, Lake Forest edged Woodbridge (Bridgeville, DE), 6-0, in a league match.
The Eagles (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Salesianum (Wilmington, DE). The Sallies go into the non-league match with a 6-5 record. In their last match, Salesianum was edged by Caravel (Bear, DE), 4-1, in a league match.
