The Saugus Centurions football squad scored 42 points and limited the host Golden Valley Grizzlies to 7 in the Centurions league win on Friday.

The Centurions now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they host West Ranch for a Foothill battle on Friday, October 22. Saugus will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 35-8 league win over Canyon (Canyon Country, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-1.

Coming up next, the Grizzlies play the Valencia Vikings (Valencia, CA) in a Foothill battle, on Friday, October 22. Golden Valley will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Vikings go into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 27-21 league loss to Hart (Newhall, CA).
