California High School Basketball - Kearny nips High Tech Mesa
November 18, 2023: San Diego, CA 92111 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Kearny Komets (San Diego, CA) and the visiting High Tech Mesa Thunder (San Diego, CA), saw Kearny's basketball squad hold off High Tech Mesa by a tally of 55-50.
With the victory, Kearny improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Komets travel to Southwest SD (San Diego, CA) to play the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, November 29. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Southwest SD won 49-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Rock Academy (San Diego, CA)
Next up, the Thunder play the Preuss UCSD Tritons (La Jolla, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, November 20. High Tech Mesa will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Tritons come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 86-32 non-league loss to Tri-City Christian (Vista, CA).
