Louisiana High School Basketball - Lincoln Prep overwhelms Haynesville
February 8, 2022: Haynesville, LA 71038 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lincoln Prep Panthers (Grambling, LA) and the host Haynesville Golden Tornado (Haynesville, LA), saw Lincoln Prep's basketball squad wallop Haynesville by a tally of 68-20.
With the victory, Lincoln Prep improves its record to 21-9 on the campaign. The Panthers host Arcadia (Arcadia, LA) to confront the Hornets in a 1A District 1 challenge on Thursday, February 10. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 5-15. Arcadia won 61-52 in their recent league challenge against Ringgold (Ringgold, LA)
Next up, the Golden Tornado confront the Homer Pelicans (Homer, LA) in a 1A District 1 challenge, on Friday, February 11. Haynesville will attempt to improve on its 0-11 season record. The Pelicans come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 62-47 league win over Gibsland-Coleman (Gibsland, LA).
