Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA), 6-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Grove City upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Cochranton (Cochranton, PA) to battle the Cardinals in a non-league test on Saturday, May 12. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 11-2. Cochranton lost 5-4 in their recent league test against Union City (Union City, PA)

With the defeat, Franklin falls to 10-5 on the season. The Knights host Saegertown (Saegertown, PA) to battle the Panthers in a non-league test on Saturday, May 12. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 7-6. Saegertown won 19-4 in their recent league test against Eisenhower (Russell, PA)
