The Harper Creek Beavers basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Central Bearcats to 58 in the Beavers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Beavers now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Western for a Interstate Eight contest on Friday, January 28. Harper Creek will battle a Panthers team coming off a 58-44 league win over Lumen Christi Catholic (Jackson, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 6-5.

The Bearcats (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI). The Bears enter the Southwestern Michigan - West contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, St. Joseph ran past Norrix (Kalamazoo, MI), 58-51, in a league contest.
