In Sunday's non-league game, the visiting Lane Tech baseball team scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Montini Catholic Broncos.

The (22-6) will now prepare for their game against Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL). The Ramblers go into the non-league game with a 14-13 record. In their last game, Loyola Academy was edged by St. Laurence (Burbank, IL), 6-1, in a league game.
