October 29, 2010: Laurinburg, NC 28352 In Friday's league game, the Lumberton Pirates (Lumberton, NC) football team tipped the host Scotland Fighting Scots (Laurinburg, NC), by a score of 24-19.
The Pirates (8-2) will now prepare for their game against Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC). The Rams come into the 4A Southeastern game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, Purnell Swett was tipped by Hoke County (Raeford, NC), 14-7, in a league game.
