In Friday's league match, the visiting Tolono Unity Rockets football squad scored a big 49-9 victory over the Illinois Valley Central Grey Ghosts.

In their next game, the Rockets clash with the St. Teresa Bulldogs (Decatur, IL) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 15. Tolono Unity will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 0-3 record after their 32-29 non-league loss to Central A & M (Moweaqua, IL).
