Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Kingsford holds off Marquette
December 21, 2022: Marquette, MI 49855 The Kingsford Flivvers edged the host Marquette Redmen ice hockey squad by a count of 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Kingsford moves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Flivvers travel to Lakeland (Minocqua, WI) to confront the Thunderbirds in a non-league bout on Friday, December 30. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Lakeland won 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against D.C. Everest (Schofield, WI)
The Redmen now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brighton for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 28.
