The Fulton Steamers basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Polo Marcos to 25 in the Steamers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Steamers now sport a 25-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Forreston for a Northwest Upstate Illini - South contest on Friday, February 11. Fulton will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 57-50 league loss to Eastland (Lanark, IL). The Cardinals record now stands at 9-15.

The Marcos (9-18) will now prepare for their contest against Forreston (Forreston, IL). The Cardinals enter the Northwest Upstate Illini - South contest with a 9-16 record.
