The Austintown-Fitch Falcons basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Copley Indians to 43 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Falcons now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ursuline for a non-league contest on Friday, January 20. Austintown-Fitch will battle a Fighting Irish team coming off a 88-60 non-league win over John F. Kennedy Catholic (Warren, OH). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 10-1.

The Indians (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Aurora (Aurora, OH). The Greenmen enter the Suburban - American contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Aurora triumphed over Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH), 64-52, in a non-league contest.
