The Central Hawks basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Kendrick Cherokees to 58 in the Hawks non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Hawks now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harris County for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Central will battle a Tigers team coming off a 75-56 non-league loss to Shaw (Columbus, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.

The Cherokees (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Brookstone (Columbus, GA). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Brookstone was nudged by Stratford Academy (Macon, GA), 55-43, in a non-league contest.
