Indiana High School Basketball - Tri tops Cambridge City Lincoln

Tri Titans (Straughn, IN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Cambridge City Lincoln Golden Eagles (Cambridge City, IN), 69-59 in a league bout.

With the victory, Tri upgrades its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Indiana School for the Deaf (Indianapolis, IN) to play the Deaf Hoosiers in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 3. The Deaf Hoosiers come into the bout with a record of 5-7. Indiana School for the Deaf lost 95-49 in their recent non-league game against Daleville (Daleville, IN)

With the defeat, Cambridge City Lincoln moves to 4-6 on the year. The Golden eagles host Union County (Liberty, IN) to face the Patriots in a Tri-Eastern game on Thursday, February 3. The Patriots enter the game with a record of 5-9. Union County lost 85-33 in their recent non-league game against Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN)
