Ohio High School Basketball - Columbia fells Brooklyn
January 23, 2024: Columbia Station, OH 44028 Columbia Raiders (Columbia Station, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Brooklyn Hurricanes (Brooklyn, OH), 56-46 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Columbia upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Raiders travel to Wellington (Wellington, OH) to clash with the Dukes in a Lorain County 8 bout on Friday, January 26. The Dukes go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Wellington won 52-28 in their recent non-league bout against St. Peter's (Mansfield, OH)
Next up, the Hurricanes clash with the Independence Blue Devils (Independence, OH) in a Chagrin Valley - Metro bout, on Friday, January 26. Brooklyn will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 75-50 non-league win over Medina Christian Academy (Medina, OH).
