Oregon High School Football - Cove succumbs to Crane
October 13, 2023: Cove, OR 97824 The Crane Mustangs thwarted the host Cove Leopards football team by a count of 30-0 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Crane upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Elgin (Elgin, OR) to encounter the Huskies in a 1A Special District 2 (8 Man) outing on Friday, October 20. The Huskies go into the outing with a record of 2-3. Elgin lost 34-14 in their recent league outing against Union (Union, OR)
With the loss, Cove moves to 2-4 on the season. The Leopards host Powder Valley (North Powder, OR) to encounter the Badgers in a 1A Special District 2 (8 Man) outing on Thursday, October 19. The Badgers go into the outing with a record of 1-6. Powder Valley lost 66-24 in their recent non-league outing against Enterprise (Enterprise, OR)
