January 23, 2023: Hempstead, NY 11550 In Monday's non-league match, the host Hempstead Tigers basketball team scored a decisive 71-46 triumph over the Wyandanch Warriors.
In their next game, the Tigers meet the Uniondale Knights (Uniondale, NY) in a Section 8 AA-1 match, on Saturday, January 28. Hempstead will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 59-46 non-league loss to Holy Trinity (Hicksville, NY).
