With the win, James Monroe improves its record to 3-4 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Liberty (Glen Daniel, WV) to confront the Raiders in a Coalfield AA test on Friday, October 24. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 6-1. Liberty won 45-12 in their recent league test against Independence (Coal City, WV)
With the loss, Mt. View moves to 0-7 on the season. The Golden knights travel to Summers County (Hinton, WV) to confront the Bobcats in a Coalfield AA test on Friday, October 24. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 0-8. Summers County lost 40-20 in their recent non-league test against Meadow Bridge (Meadow Bridge, WV)
